Reservations & Terms & Conditions

Reservations

Spring snowmobiling lodging at Chatter Creek is very popular and space is limited; so we recommend making reservations and booking your space now.

To check availability or to make reservations, please email us at info@chattercreek.ca or call our office at 1-877-311-7199.

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa or cheque.

Payment

A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the final payment due on February 15th. This deposit is fully refundable up until Feb.15th.

Once full payment has been taken, your trip is non refundable. In the event you have to cancel, you may provide a substitute person to replace you. You are responsible for the financial arrangements with your replacement for recovery of your payment. If the final payment is not received by the due date of Feb.15th, we reserve the right to resell your trip.

Waiver

Your deposit and final payment are taken in part consideration for your trip and to secure reservations. You will be required to sign a release of liability waiver upon arrival at the lodge. The waiver is a legal document and by signing the release you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue should you be injured. Please take the opportunity to review our waiver before you arrive.

Cancellation and Refunds

We advise you that you may want to purchase cancellation insurance. If you must cancel your trip before you make the final payment, you may nominate a substitute to take your place and we will collect the final payment from them. You are responsible for the financial arrangements with your replacement for recovery of your deposit. Chatter Creek Mountain Lodges reserves the right to cancel any package at any time. Trips cancelled due to weather or snow instability will not be refunded. For trips that qualify for a partial or full trip credit, credit will be applied toward next year’s bookings.

Access Road

Chatter Creek will endeavour to keep the access road open to within 16 km of the lodge. In the event of unforeseen events (including but not limited to weather or equipment failure), you may have to travel further on your snowmobile to access the lodge. You will be responsible for this cost.

Weather

Chatter Creek cannot control the weather! If the areas where you can ride are limited by the weather or snow conditions, credits will not be given.

Safety

You ride at Chatter Creek at your own risk. Snowmobiling at Chatter Creek is unguided. You are responsible for your own terrain selection and riding decisions. It is strongly recommended to ride in a group. All participants should wear an avalanche transceiver and carry appropriate avalanche rescue equipment.

Safety equipment is not available for rent at the lodge so be prepared with a transceiver, probe and shovel and know how to use it.
